Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. You must email support@shopbrewbuddy.com for return authorization and shipping instructions. Product must be in original packaging, intact, unused, and unwashed. Returns that adhere to the policy will be refunded the purchase price minus a $8.99 fee for the return shipping label. Once the return request has been approved, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Your refund will be processed once we have received the item. Please note, any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
